Are you interested in making new friends and experiencing the joy of playing together as an ensemble? Are you looking to learn a musical instrument, or maybe you have already played an instrument before? We welcome people of all ages and abilities to get involved in our society.

Playing a musical instrument is a rewarding hobby, which comes with mental health benefits and improved cardiovascular fitness. The ability to play a musical instrument also opens up numerous opportunities in the musician’s social and professional life.

The Knocklyon Concert Band Society is located in St. Colmcille’s Community School, Knocklyon, Dublin 16. Our bands rehearse on the following days:

• Junior Band: Wednesdays
• Senior Band: Wednesdays
• Jazz Band: Mondays, biweekly

Our instrument and music theory lessons happen once a week on either of these days, depending on the specific class:

• Mondays
• Tuesdays
• Wednesdays
